Cohaico Privacy Policy (“Policy”)

Acceptance of Policy

By accessing and using Cohaico’s service as may be offered from time to time ( “Service”), whether you are a visitor using the Services without registration ("Visitor"), or a Cohaico user that registered to have an account on the website (“User”) (“Visitor” and “User” collectively; “You”), You agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy should read together with Cohaico Terms of Use (“Terms”) and together they constitute the entire agreement between You and Cohaico.

 

Privacy Statement

Cohaico provides a reflection of Facebook and/or Twitter (collectively “Source”) users’ opinions and thoughts (“Sentiment”). Cohaico’s technology analyzes user Sentiment and applies it to products and services. To extract the Sentiment Cohaico collects information that You marked as public under the Source’s privacy policy and presents that information in relation to products or services. The User’s privacy and level of data (“Shared Data”) to be exposed by Cohaico  shall always be in concession with Shared Data You authorized at the Source. When You opt for an "Everyone" privacy level at the Source to expose information to everyone the same will apply to information You expose when using Cohaico. Policy shall always be in concession with the privacy scheme You exercise at the Source hence for You to instruct Cohaico You wish to change the level of privacy You must change the privacy status at the Source. Cohaico shall never attempt to change for You the privacy level at the Source.

 

Scope of Policy

Policy describes the collection of Shared Data and its use by the Service and affiliated services. For purposes of this Policy, "Personally Identifying Information" shall hereby mean information which is identifiable to You, including inter alia, e-mail, name address, pictures and friends, whether public or non-public, whether provided by You during a visit and/or registration or imported by Cohaico from other sources, per User request and upon its explicit consent; "Anonymous Information" shall hereby mean information which does not enable identification of an individual User. Policy does not cover collection or use of information by third parties or linked sites, which Cohaico does not control, own or manage.

Cohaico reserves the right to replace Policy from time to time without prior notice, by posting an updated Policy on the Website. Continued use of the Service by You shall indicate acceptance of the new Policy.

 

Information Gathered Using Service

Service collects general data such as site’s number of visitors to improve and enhance Service and features. Cohaico uses such general demographic information to tailor its Service and features to users' needs and preferences. Cohaico may share this general data with third parties. Service also collects Personally Identifying Information of You to improve Service performance and overall quality. Registration to Service will require You to provide Personally Identifying Information. You can choose not to provide Cohaico with certain information which may limit the functionality and/or overall Service availability. • Cohaico commits not to sell or rent Personally Identifying Information to others. Notwithstanding, Cohaico reserves the right to disclose Personally Identifying Information as required by law and upon Cohaico’s belief such disclosure is required for the protection of its rights, integrity of Service, systems and technology, and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served in connection with the Service.
•  Cohaico may provide contact information of You to its partners and business affiliates to enrich the Service experience. Partners and business affiliates shall utilize that information to deliver You services / notices regarding Service. In no other event shall Partners and business affiliates be authorized to that information for other purposes and will not be authorized to contact You directly for other cause.
• Cohaico may use Personally Identifying Information collected or provided by You to further extract and gather other available information about You (public/non-public) or correlate already collected information with other data sources, all to enrich Your experience and provide You with improved quality of Service.

• Cohaico may provide Your Personally Identifying Information to third party service providers who work for Cohaico or operate some of its functionalities or its related services or communication with Users, such as customer service to operate these services and communication. These third parties service providers shall not have an independent right to share Your Personally Identifying Information and are bound by this Policy.

Cohaico may also use non-identifying information (“Anonymous Information”) relating to usage patterns, timing and form of usage, all to enhance the Service.
• Cohaico reserves the right to use and disclose, at its sole discretion, Anonymous Information about Visitors and Users to third parties, including advertisers and partners, in order to target advertisement and information presented to You. Anonymous Information disclosure in this regard can include selective disclosure of search terms and socio-demographic information, as long as it does not explicitly reveal Personally Identifying Information.

 

Transfer of Personally Identifying Information in Business Transition

In the event that Cohaico will transition its business under a merger or acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets to an acquirer, Your Personally Identifying Information may be amongst the assets transferred. You hereby acknowledge the possibility of such transfer and grant any such acquirer the continued use of Your Personally Identifying Information in compliance with Policy and Terms.

Cohaico is committed to protect the security of its Users’ data and information and takes reasonable measures available to assure data and information security. Access to Personally Identifying Information will be protected and controlled by password and restricted permissions. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure and Cohaico cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Service You expressly agree that Cohaico will not be liable for any third party action, misuse, abuse or infringement of data and information security.

 

Children's Privacy

If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for Cohaico or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
